Learn about our Deposit and Cancellation policy
Deposit
You are required to reserve for a minimum of (4) months to make an advance reservation. One month’s rent is required and will be applied to the last month of your reservation period. The remaining rent for the reservation is due upon arrival. If you are staying daily or weekly a $71.00 deposit is required. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of arrival your deposit will be nonrefundable. All refunds are mailed. Rate starts on reservation date, rather than date of arrival. You will be charged for the period you reserved for.
Storage
You must have an updated storage agreement and a sticker visible with your name and updated year on it. All items in storage must be registered and up to date on their tags. They are required to be cleaned and maintained. The rent for storage will be paid in full for the time you have reserved, rather than date of arrival. You will be charged for what you reserved for.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- No Refunds Upon Arrival
Once a guest has arrived, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exceptions may be made only in the case of a verified medical emergency, which requires official documentation from a licensed healthcare provider. - Cancellations 60 Days or More Before Arrival
Guests who cancel their reservation at least 60 days before their scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee. - Cancellations Within 30 Days of Arrival
- If a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, they must provide a doctor’s note confirming that they are medically unable to travel in order to receive a refund, minus a 25% processing fee.
- If no doctor’s note is provided, the reservation is non-refundable.
